This outfit is b-u-f-f (I know no-one ever says that anymore).
And, major alert, it's really easy to pull off because it's a bit of a grab-together outfit and if you've listened to any of my previous posts, you should already have most of the clothing pictured anyway (in varying forms) -hence the many hyperlinks below.
Guide to how to pull off ultimate look:
Step 1: Find gross, dirty checked top in older sibling/ dad's old wardrobe. Ensure it's too big- that's the key part of this style. Give it a wash.
Step 2: Grab a pair of shorts (we chose high-top khaki green ones).
Step 3: Grab a nice cropped top (we suggest buying this rib crop from Topshop because of its guarantee to be worn lots). Featured here: http://trewleesensational.blogspot.co.uk/2014/07/saturdaystyles_20.html and here http://trewleesensational.blogspot.co.uk/2014/07/july-wish-list.html
Step 4: Accessorise!! We recommend (and have done several times) this black choker necklace from Topshop, featured here: http://trewleesensational.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/june-wish-list.html and here http://trewleesensational.blogspot.co.uk/2014/06/saturdaystyles.html Plus +, velvet red scrunchie, featured here: http://trewleesensational.blogspot.co.uk/2014/07/saturdaystyles_14.html
Let's strip it down bare: x1 rib crop tee + x1 pair of khaki green high-waisted shorts + x1 pair of burgundy sneakers = :D |
Please excuse borrowed plimsolls(!) |
Step 5: No, there ain't one- it's as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4. Voila!
Yours,
Truly xxx
P.S. I got the day right for once!!
