Howdy :)New Saturday Styles is a gorgeous outfit combining current high street trends with vintage looks and shabby socks- the perfect combination.
These vagabond-style boots are totally appropraite for walking [short distances] and the great way to top off an outfit, by either dressing up and dressing down. AND, for those of you not confident being vertically challenged, they add that extra few inches in a subtle yet stylish way!
The vintage dress was rescued quite heroically from a vintage charity shop, where it had previously sat screaming "I'm wayyy to good for this shop window!!!" - I had to buy it. Salmon pink slip dress with lace embroidery; a must-have.
I also paired it with kooky knee-high socks in burgundy, playing with the pinky colour co-ordination scheme of the whole outfit.Make-up that would complete this outfit:
- red lipstick is out of bonds (sad, I know). Go for Maybelline Super Stay 14 hour Mega Watts Lipstick in Burst of Coral, for £6.99 OR YSL Rouge Pur Couture The Mats rose n roll 3.8g Autumn / Winter Collection for £25.00
- light eye shadow in golden/ peachy tones
- a tad of blusher to add blossom to cheeks
